Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team as an NYSC Intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and a keen eye for detail. This role offers a great opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize designs.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Work with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
Requirements:
- Currently undergoing NYSC with a background in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
