Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven User Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
  • This role is pivotal in driving our customer acquisition strategies and optimizing our digital marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media buying, performance marketing, mobile marketing with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • This role demands creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

User Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
  • Managing advertising on digital platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience
  • Sourcing and presenting audience data and advertising proposals.
  • Managing ad creative design direction , including proofreading online advertising material before launching campaigns.
  • A/B testing of creative; multivariant testing, attribution and deduplication modelling, mixed media analysis, keyword and adgroup optimisation
  • Managing budgets and monitoring campaign costs and ROI metrics.
  • Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
  • Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • ROI on digital marketing campaigns
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Conversion rate from paid channels
  • Growth in sign ups, active user growth rate, new customers and app downloads
  • Click-through rate (CTR) on ads
  • Efficiency in budget utilization and spend
