Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for property listings, promotional materials, and social media platforms.
- Create engaging graphics, animations, and visual effects to complement video content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content strategies.
- Ensure all video and graphic content aligns with our brand guidelines and enhances our company's image.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video editing and graphic design.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and graphic design skills.
- Excellent visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing and property showcasing.
