JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Content Creator to join our team! If you have a passion for storytelling, an eye for engagingvisuals, and the skills to produce high-quality video content for social media and digitalplatforms, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for a young, innovative creator who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop creative video conceptsthat align with the brand’s messaging and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with video trends, social media algorithms, and audience preferences.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Brand Manager and the DigitalTeam to ensure content meets strategic objectives.
  • Edit videos using industry-standard software to enhance quality,sound, and visual effects.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage,interviews, and brand-related content.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and ensure timelyuploads.
  • Experiment with new formats, styles, and storytelling techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSC, HND in Mass Communication, or any related field with at least a second-class upper division (2.1) from a reputable institution.
  • Passion for content creation and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in video production, filming, and editing (even if self-taught).
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and viral content.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a creative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or motion graphics is a plus.
  • A portfolio or sample of past video projects is required.
