Job Overview
- We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with our vision and brand.
- The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with experience in video editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- You will work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality video content for digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and other media projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content
- Add sound effects, music, voiceovers, and visual effects
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and marketers on creative direction
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Perform color grading, audio enhancement, and motion graphics as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends and editing techniques
- Manage video assets, file organization, and backups.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (Portfolio required)
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, or similar tools)
- Knowledge of video formats, compression, and export settings
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 2D/3D animation
- Knowledge of color grading techniques (LUTs, color correction)
- Familiarity with audio editing software (Audition, Logic Pro, etc.)
- Experience with live-action and animated video content.
