Role Description
- As the Videographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content to showcase properties and promote the company's brand.
- This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills in videography and editing.
- You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video campaigns that effectively communicate the unique selling points of the company's properties.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos that highlight the features and benefits of the companies’ properties, including interior and exterior shots, aerial footage, walkthroughs, and interviews.
- Conduct on-site visits to properties, ensuring that all necessary equipment is set up correctly and that lighting and sound conditions are optimal.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, graphics, and other visual elements into videos to enhance their overall impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography, constantly seeking ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of our videos.
- Manage video files, ensuring they are properly organized, labelled, and stored for easy access by the marketing team.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate videos into various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Assist in the production of virtual tours or live-streaming events as needed.
- Maintain videography equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommended necessary upgrades or replacements when required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Videographer or a similar role in the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using videography equipment and industry-standard editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in videography and video editing.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices is desirable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Drones is an added advantage
