Job Description
We're hiring at Karios Markets. We are on the lookout for a Visual/Graphic Designer to join our team. We are looking for a graphic designer with strong knowledge of Iconographic and adobe illustrator who will create creative content for software websites/apps, advertisements and videos as well as design logos.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, create, and implement compelling visual designs that align with client goals and resonate with global audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Team and cross-functional teams to produce impactful, visually-driven content across multiple platforms.
- Translate complex ideas and information into visually engaging designs that capture attention and inspire action.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to contribute fresh, creative ideas and solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and reflect the TM Global brand identity.
Requirements:
- A strong passion for design and a drive to make a difference through visual communication.
- Proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, with a solid portfolio showcasing impactful designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A collaborative spirit with a willingness to work as part of a global-oriented team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yola, Adamawa State: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Virtual/Graphic Designer: 2 -3 years of experience creating illustrations, iconographic or other graphics design for tech companies. (Required)
