Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications tailored to the needs of our university community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize feature development.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web development technologies and frameworks.
- Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on web-related issues and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with CMS platforms, web development frameworks, and app development tools.
- CIW Web Design Specialist, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification preferred.
- Proficiency in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Laravel, Django, etc).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, APIs, or cloud-based services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
