- As a Web Designer/Developer at Panachora LLC, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and highly functional websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our content creators, IT support teams, and clients to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Create responsive and visually appealing website designs that align with clients' branding and objectives. Develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Ensure websites are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, and IT support teams to integrate multimedia elements and ensure cohesive web design. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Customization: Develop custom website features and functionalities based on client specifications.
- Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting; optimize websites for search engines and implement best practices for security and data protection.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Code Excellence:Refine existing codebases and develop original code to ensure all requirements are met.
- Detail-Oriented Practices:Make sure your code is thoroughly documented and tested, ensuring flawless performance.
- Ensure Code Quality:Maintain a commitment to quality and reliability by conducting unit tests on product components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of directly related experience
- Proven experience with responsive web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards
- Experience planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software applications for an enterprise-level system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
