Job Description
- A Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function according to a client's specifications.

Responsiblities
- Create well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Develop website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Maintain, expand, and scale websites as per evolving business needs.
- Regularly update content and design to keep the website current and functional.
- Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with web designers and other team members to match visual design intent.
- Communicate with stakeholders to discuss requirements and project progress.
- Work closely with IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive web functionality.
- Plan and manage software platforms and web applications across multiple organizational units.
- Develop and validate testing schedules to ensure browser and device compatibility.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in web programming.
- Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal.
- Knowledge of web applications, security principles, and session management.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find effective solutions.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
