About the Programme
- The Graduate Trainee Programme offers a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates to gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic sectors of the Nigerian economy. Trainees will undergo intensive classroom and field-based learning, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to real-life operations, including guided tours and work rotations on offshore rigs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in any of the following disciplines:
- All Engineering disciplines, Geology or Geophysics, Industrial Chemistry, Computer Science / Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics, Accounting or Economics, Law
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Strong numeric mind, analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in the energy and offshore sector.
- Willingness to learn with a short learning curve.
