  • As an Accessories Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, quality, and customer satisfaction of various accessories such as headphones, speakers, cables, and other peripherals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control inspections on accessories to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with accessories such as headphones, speakers, cables, and other peripherals.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on defective accessories to restore functionality and reliability.
  • Test and evaluate new accessories to determine compatibility, performance, and reliability.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot accessories for customers as needed.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding accessory usage, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to address product defects, quality issues, and warranty claims.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements, trends, and developments in accessory technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining accessories such as headphones, speakers, cables, and other peripherals.
  • Solid understanding of electrical principles, components, and systems relevant to accessories.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for testing and repairing accessories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in electronics repair or technical support will be an advantage.
