Role Summary
- The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned accounts within targeted sectors such as Public Sector, Microfinance Banks, SMEs, Manufacturing, and Hospitality. The role focuses on client acquisition, solution-based selling, and building strong mid-level client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned name accounts within designated sectors
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and referrals
- Prepare and deliver proposals, including responses to RFQs and RFPs
- Collaborate with presales teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B or solution-based sales
- Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS, or ICT services is an advantage
- Strong prospecting, follow-up, and relationship management skills
- Ability to adapt and grow within a structured sales environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
