Role Overview

  • The Administrative & Content Officer is a hybrid role designed for someone who can balance administrative efficiency with strategic content creation.
  • The individual must be passionate about real estate, possess strong writing skills, and be able to support the leadership team with day-to-day operations.
  • This role is hybrid, meaning you will work remotely at times, but you must be available to come into the office or attend official assignments when required. Applicants must be based in Lagos.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate record keeping, documentation, and filing systems
  • Set up internal and external meetings, manage calendars, and send reminders
  • Coordinate communication across teams and assist with internal culture-building activities
  • Handle basic office administration and logistics
  • Support leadership with tasks, follow-ups, and operational coordination
  • Assist with organizing property inspections, on-site activities, and client interactions
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Content Writing & Creative Duties

  • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
  • Write captions, property descriptions, announcements, and educational posts
  • Support the marketing team in executing content calendars
  • Research trends and industry insights to produce relevant real estate content
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style
  • Proofread and edit all content to ensure clarity, correctness, and professionalism

Requirements

  • Must be based in Lagos
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and administrative competence
  • Interest in real estate (experience in the real estate industry is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to show up physically for office days, meetings, or assignments
