- Our client is seeking a motivated Administrative Associate to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
- Ensure accurate and systematic filing of documents, contracts, and administrative records.
- Assist in maintaining client databases and ensuring accurate records.
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and client events.
- Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, with a focus on supporting teams and executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
