Advertising Executive at Recare

Advertising Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing advertising campaigns across various channels to promote a company's products or services, ensuring maximum reach and impact by strategically targeting audiences and managing budgets to achieve desired marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Define advertising goals and objectives aligned with overall marketing strategy. 
  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored advertising campaigns to reach them effectively.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign planning. 
  • Select appropriate advertising channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) and allocate budget accordingly. 

Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad materials. 
  • Manage media buying process and negotiate advertising placements. 
  • Launch and monitor campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. 
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions). 
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments. 
  • Monitor ROI and optimize campaigns to maximize results. 
  • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance for stakeholders. 

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. 
  • Present campaign proposals and gain client approval. 
  • Address client concerns and provide regular updates on campaign progress.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND Marketing
  • 3-5 years Relevant Working Experience
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools(Google Analytics,Netinsight, Omniture, Webtrends )
