About the job

  • We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Adverts & Sponsorship Manager to lead brand visibility, amplify public engagement, and drive partnership value across all our platforms. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for positioning Landmark as a top-tier destination brand while managing integrated communications, corporate messaging, sponsorship pipelines, and media partnerships.

  • Delivered measurable impact on footfall, partner retention, and campaign engagement.

As Landmark expands across business, lifestyle, and entertainment verticals, this role ensures our brand identity is felt. You’ll drive visibility for projects like the Upside Down House, Retail Boulevard, Pop Landmark, Landmark Citizens App, and more, while shaping the narrative and creating value for our ecosystem and partners.

Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):

Sponsorship & Ad Sales:

  • Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship and advertising deals across physical and digital platforms.
  • Develop pricing models and sponsorship decks for events, attractions, and media assets.
  • Manage contract negotiation, sponsor deliverables, and post-campaign reports.

Brand Strategy & Campaigns:

  • Lead campaigns that reinforce Landmark’s brand story and community relevance.
  • Collaborate with the strategy, marketing, and experience teams to develop campaigns for new launches, seasonal events, and ongoing activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for reach and conversion.

Partner & Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain partnerships with content creators, influencers, and brand collaborators.
  • Represent Landmark at press events, panels, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure positive media coverage and manage all interview, speaking, and appearance opportunities.

Digital Visibility & Storytelling:

  • Manage communications for digital products including the Landmark Citizens App and Landmark TV.
  • Develop the future of the Brand and Corporate Communications team.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful video, copy, and campaign content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Master’s or certifications in PR, Digital Marketing, Advertising or Brand Management is an added advantage.
  • 6–8 years experience in advertising, brand communications, or sponsorship roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-profile brand partnerships and delivering media campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail and storytelling.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
