Job Description
- To design, implement, and maintain AI-driven systems and BI tools that analyze large datasets, support decision-making, and enhance business performance through automation and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
AI Model Development:
- Design and develop AI models, including machine learning (ML) algorithms and deep learning systems, for tasks such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or automation.
- Train, test, and optimize models using large datasets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
BI Tools & Dashboard Creation:
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports that provide key insights and metrics to stakeholders.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, APIs) to build comprehensive views of business performance.
Data Engineering & Management:
- Work with data engineers to ensure the proper collection, transformation, and storage of data for both AI and BI applications.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure real-time or batch processing of data for reporting and analytics.
Business Analytics & Insights:
- Use AI techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Automation & Process Improvement:
- Apply AI and BI tools to automate repetitive tasks and processes within the organization, such as financial reporting, customer segmentation, or demand forecasting.
- Continuously improve and update systems to keep pace with changing business needs and technological advancements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business units, product teams, and management to ensure that AI and BI solutions align with business goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to interact with AI models and BI tools.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Document AI and BI systems, including architecture, data sources, and models, ensuring transparency and repeatability.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, BI development, or data analytics roles.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Google Cloud AI, etc.).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- AI & Machine Learning Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- BI & Analytics Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, along with data visualization best practices.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other programming languages relevant for data manipulation, AI, and BI development.
- Data Engineering: Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and databases such as SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into business insights and solutions.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage AI and BI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
