Job Description

  • Are you passionate about analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and ensuring the right products are delivered to the right places at the right time? If so, we want you on our team!
  • In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing product distribution, analyzing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum product availability and sales potential.
  • As the Allocator you will support the Buying and Merchandising team, your primary responsibility is to assist in developing strategies for product selection based on customer preferences.
  • This involves conducting thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales data to identify key opportunities and inform product assortment decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, Or a related field is typically required.
  • Previous experience in retail analytics, merchandising, or brand management is advantageous.
  • A basic understanding of retail operations, merchandising principles, and supply chain management concepts is beneficial for effectively supporting the
  • Brand Manager in product selection and replenishment strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities are essential for interpreting data, dentifying trends, and deriving actionable from sales reports, market data, and consumer behavior
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting findings, articulating insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is critical for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, especially when analyzing sales reports and forecasting demand.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs, market dynamics, and priorities, and pivot strategies accordingly to support the Brand Manager's objectives.
