Description

  • We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Visual Content Designer with proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, branding, and graphic design.
  • This role is ideal for a detail-oriented storyteller who can bring static and dynamic content to life across digital platforms while maintaining consistent brand visuals.
  • You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to design engaging visual assets that elevate the brand, enhance customer experience, and drive growth across social media, web, campaigns, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate short-form videos, explainer content, and promotional motion assets for social media and digital ads.
  • Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content with strong visual flow, sound design, and transitions.
  • Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital banners, campaign materials, and product creatives.
  • Branding: Uphold and evolve the visual identity across all touchpoints; contribute to brand guideline development and consistency.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with content writers, marketers, and product teams to turn concepts into effective visual stories.
  • Content Repurposing: Adapt core creative into multiple formats for different platforms (e.g., vertical for reels, square for feed).
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design, video, and motion trends - especially for mobile-first content creation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, graphic design, and video production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Figma or other design tools (optional but preferred) and CapCut, VN, or mobile-first editing tools (if applicable).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion, branding, and visual storytelling work.
  • Ability to turn creative briefs into high-impact visuals, independently and quickly.
  • Familiarity with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and web.
  • Solid understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
