Job Description
To compile and maintain daily, monthly and ad-hoc management information and Statistical Returns / Schedules for Rehabilitations & Recoveries and administratively assist the individual collectors and management in the accurate and timely reporting of performance of the Department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in any finance related organisation.
- Experience in various adhoc reports as may be required by regulators e.g CBN, NDIC etc
Required Experience
- Monitor field collectors performance by daily tracking and monitoring their activities
- Produce, analyse and send daily performance recovery metrics for the Personal recoveries, SME recoveries
- Extract, analyse and timeously circulate the daily arrears report
- Analyse the roll forward rate and cure rate in various delinquent bucket.
- Rehabilitations and Recoveries Performance Report e.t.c
- Monthly Issuance of demand letters to defaulting customers
