Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java/Kotlin and Android Studio.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing features.
- Implement user interfaces using Android SDK and adhere to platform-specific design guidelines.
- Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and store data securely on Android devices.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance and user experience through efficient code, caching strategies, and platform-specific optimizations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Android development, including new releases of Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Mobile engineering
- Proven experience developing Android applications using Java or Kotlin and Android Studio.
- Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin and familiarity with Android SDK.
- Solid understanding of Android design principles, Material Design guidelines, and responsive layouts.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
