Job Summary
- We are a leading experiential marketing and advertising company currently seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead the development and execution of visual concepts across campaigns, branding, and client presentations.
- The ideal candidate must possess a strong creative vision, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in delivering top-tier visuals within the events, branding, experiential, or advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design direction, and development of creative assets for various campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative, client service, strategy, and production teams to interpret briefs and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
- Create and manage all phases of visual development from ideation to execution across print, digital, 3D, and environmental design.
- Present creative concepts internally and to clients with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
- Ensure all creative output maintains brand consistency, visual excellence, and innovation.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a creative or advertising Agency is essential
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work in branding, campaigns, and experiential visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); 3D design software and Motion experience is non-negotiable
- Excellent leadership, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
