Job Summary:
Goodnews Naija Podcast is looking for a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to handle the recording and editing of podcast episodes and related content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals, editing engaging podcast content, and producing videos that align with the brand’s inspiring and uplifting message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record podcast episodes, interviews, and special features
- Edit video content for podcast episodes, highlights, and social media
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Ensure high-quality video and sound production
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, and polished final content
- Capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing
- Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound setup
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Podcast editing skill is a key requirement / added advantage
- Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and content flow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment
