Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and bookings for events and venues aligned with the artist's career goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for music, film, and catalog projects, overseeing branding, strategy development, and execution across various channels.
  • Advise artists on career decisions, publicity, and promotion, including selecting record producers, song choices, and managing media relations.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the music industry on behalf of our talent, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Assist in organizing and negotiating contracts for release and publishing, as well as coordinating press communications and interviews for promotion.
  • Arrange for interviews, hiring coaches and trainers, and handling daily bookkeeping and financial obligations.
  • Maintain daily communication with artists, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Provide on-road support during tours, managing logistics, visas, budgets, and prioritizing the artist's well-being.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for artists, including travel arrangements, itinerary creation, and schedule management to ensure punctuality for all engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in project management is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, business development, or sales.
  • Experience in budgeting, negotiation, music licensing, and publishing is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, A&R, Partnership, and Legal departments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in schedule management and in-depth knowledge of the music business, tour planning, and relevant industry networks.
