Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Backend/Mobile App Developer proficient in PHP, Laravel, Flutter, Kotlin, and Xcode to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and mobile applications across various platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of innovative and user-friendly digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP and Laravel framework.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and mobile applications.
- Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Mobile App Development:
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter framework for Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user interfaces with backend services.
- Ensure mobile applications meet quality standards, performance benchmarks, and user requirements.
Code Maintenance and Testing:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
- Conduct thorough testing of backend services and mobile applications to identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, discussions, and brainstorming sessions to improve development processes and product quality.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and potential roadblocks effectively to stakeholders.
Stay Updated with Technology Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to backend development and mobile app development.
- Proactively recommend and implement new tools, frameworks, or technologies to enhance development workflows and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in backend development using PHP and Laravel.
- Strong proficiency in mobile app development using Flutter for cross-platform applications.
- Experience with Kotlin for Android app development and Swift/Xcode for iOS app development is a plus.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Experience with Docker containers, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with unit testing, automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Flutter's test framework), and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
