Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand customer needs provide information on promoted products/services and offer solutions and support
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company, product that is being promoted
  • Daily visits of clients’ stores and answering potential and existing customers’ questions and concerns about products
  • Create a positive image and lead customers to use products
  • Engage in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
  • Report on demonstration-related information interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in related field
  • Candidate must be through with NYSC
  • 1 – 2 years of proven working experience in Sales
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
  • Focused on customer service (Candidate must be approachable, friendly and very presentable)
  • In-depth understanding of company products and its position in the market.
