CRC�s various products and services are carefully designed using Artificial Intelligence and Analytics enabling lenders make informed decisions ranging from customer acquisition, credit analysis and monitoring, skip tracing and recovery.

About the Role

  • CRC Credit Bureau is seeking a proactive and creative Brand and Communications Officer to lead and execute integrated branding, marketing, and communication strategies.
  • This role spans social media, content creation, PR, event management, sponsorship, email marketing, and vendor coordination, with the goal of enhancing the company’s brand visibility and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media: Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Email Marketing: Create targeted email campaigns and track performance.
  • Public Relations: Draft press releases, manage media relations, and promote a positive brand image.
  • Content Marketing: Write blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies aligned with CRC’s value proposition.
  • Offline Marketing & Sponsorships: Coordinate print campaigns and identify sponsorship opportunities.
  • Event Management: Organize corporate events, webinars, and credit clinics (e.g., “You & Credit” series).
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with designers, printers, and marketing consultants.
  • Internal & External Communications: Create engaging messages and report on brand performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in branding or communications
  • Proficient in social media, email marketing tools, and content management systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • B2B marketing experience in financial services
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian market and regulatory environment.
