Immaculate Heart Specialist Hospital Nkpor is owned by the religious institute of the Sisters of Immaculate Heart of Mary Mother of Christ, Nigeria. The Hospital is a response to the demands of the Founder of the religious Institute - Most Rev. Charles Heery, CSSP of blessed memory. He founded the Institute out of the compassion he felt for the sick and needy of our society. This drive he bequeathed to his daughters
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to strengthen the hospital’s visibility, reputation, and patient engagement.
- Design and implement plans that will increase patient footfall in the hospital.
- Lead and oversee the hospital’s marketing and communications unit, including supervising a team of creatives such as designers, content creators, photographers, and digital media personnel.
- Manage the hospital’s digital presence including social media platforms, website content, online advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional initiatives, health campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and institutional materials.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare strategic reports for management.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical departments to promote services and support institutional growth.
- Provide creative direction for marketing materials, storytelling, and patient-centered campaigns.
Requirements:
- Posess a Bachelor's degree or HND in related field
- Have proven experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
- Possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Have experience managing marketing projects and coordinating creative teams.
- Be able to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically while delivering measurable results.
