Job Description
- We are looking for a strategic Brand and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- This role will drive brand growth, enhance market visibility, and optimize the customer journey to align with Agu.ng's mission of providing stylish and affordable fashion.
Responsibilities
The brand and Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position Agu.ng as a leading fashion retailer in the Nigerian and African markets.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, to maximize ROI.
- Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by designing innovative engagement programs and events.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to deliver seamless online shopping experiences.
- Partner with internal departments (Sales and Operations) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring relevance, creativity, and alignment with brand voice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in brand management and marketing within retail or e-commerce industries, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
