Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the company's values and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Min Experience: 5 years, Max Experience: 7 years
- Proven experience in brand management and partnership development, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
