Brand Executive at Recare

Brand Executive is the custodian of the brand and responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's brand identity, ensuring its products, services, and messaging resonate with target customers by developing and executing marketing strategies, monitoring market trends, and managing brand perception across all communication channels to drive sales and maintain a positive image within the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Crafting and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals, including defining the brand vision, values, personality, and positioning. 

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and market trends to inform brand decisions. 

Brand Messaging and Communication:

  • Developing and managing brand messaging across all communication channels (website, social media, advertising, PR) to maintain consistency and brand integrity. 

Creative Development:

  • Collaborating with design teams to create brand assets like logos, color palettes, and visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency. 

Campaign Management:

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve brand awareness and desired business objectives.

Brand Performance Monitoring:

  • Tracking key brand metrics (e.g., brand awareness, customer sentiment, market share) to assess brand health and identify areas for improvement. 

Budget Management:

  • Managing marketing budgets allocated to brand initiatives and optimizing spending for maximum impact. 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Working with various departments like sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across all functions.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND Marketing
  • 3-5 years Relevant Working Experience
