Role Overview
The Brand Identity Designer will define and maintain the visual identity of Crescita Solutions and its clients. This role ensures that brand guidelines, tone, and consistency are reflected across all platforms. The designer will be responsible for creating design systems, style guides, and visual assets that strengthen recognition and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity guidelines.
- Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, and iconography.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to adapt identity for campaigns without losing consistency.
- Audit and refresh client brand identities when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Understanding of branding principles, design psychology, and storytelling.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategy and market positioning.
- Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
