Role Overview
- We are seeking a creative and innovative Brand Identity/Visual Designer to join our team.
- As a key member of our creative department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the visual identity of Rise Networks.
- Your work will help communicate our mission, vision, and values to the world in a compelling, visually striking way.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the visual identity for Rise Networks across all platforms.
- Design branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all mediums.
- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, and event branding.
- Stay updated on design trends and integrate them creatively to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality design output and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the communications team to ensure the visual strategy aligns with the Company’s messaging and audience engagement goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Identity/Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute design solutions that are visually compelling and on-brand.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining design consistency.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
