Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ourproducts and increase market share.
- Conducts market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manages the marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenses and ROI to maximize profitability.
- Analyzes sales data and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stays abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the marketing and advertising .
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Possession of an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the tobacco or consumer goods industry.
- Must not be more than 35 years old.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drives sales and brand awareness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
