Job Role/ Objectives

  • A reputable Construction Company is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic Brand Manager.
  • The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • This includes overseeing advertising campaigns, monitoring market trends, managing internal and external communications, and leading initiatives that enhance brand equity and profitability.

Position Overview/Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead centralized customer relationship management (CRM) efforts and streamline business processes.
  • Manage internal communications, including the company’s website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee production and execution of marketing materials including TV, print, digital, events, and exhibitions.
  • Drive quarterly promotional planning and ensure effective input and implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance and profitability.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.
  • Enhance brand reputation and engagement across social media and public platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media outlets to support PR activities, feature articles, and advertising.

Qualification/ Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management or related marketing roles.
  • Strong consumer insight, analytical ability, and future-thinking mind-set.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-driven.
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
