Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase visibility and reach.
  • Manage the company’s brand and reputation, including social media and other online platforms.
  • Coordinate events and conferences to promote the brand.
  • Create and curate content for social media and other channels.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at events, conferences, and other external engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
  • Manage the organization's foundation, overseeing its initiatives and ensuring its mission and goals are achieved.
  • Build and maintain relationships with foundation stakeholders, including donors, partners, and beneficiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management and marketing.

Requirements

  • BSC/HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Competence in brand management and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and representation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
