Job Description

  • The Brand & Marketing Content Specialist is a hybrid creative and marketing role responsible for both bringing the PayZeep brand to life visually and driving marketing execution and performance across channels.
  • This role blends visual storytelling, content creation, and multimedia production with campaign coordination, digital marketing, lead generation, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is both creatively strong and commercially minded — able to design, shoot, edit, plan, launch, track, and optimize marketing initiatives that support PayZeep’s growth across Drivers, Merchants, Agents, and Enterprise customers.
  • The role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and marketing execution, ensuring that every campaign is not only beautiful and on-brand, but also effective, measurable, and revenue-aligned

Key Responsibilities

Brand Content & Creative Execution

  • Develop visually engaging content — graphics, videos, animations, and photography — that aligns with PayZeep’s brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Design marketing assets including social media creatives, flyers, banners, billboards, infographics, product cards, and digital ads.
  • Shoot and edit photos and videos for campaigns, product demos, testimonials, events, and internal brand content.
  • Produce short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations for social media, web, and paid advertising.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring correct use of fonts, colors, tone, and visual style.
  • Manage and organize PayZeep’s creative asset library, ensuring proper storage, naming, and accessibility.
  • Support live events and activations with photography, videography, and fast-turnaround content edits.
  • Stay current with design, motion, and visual storytelling trends within fintech and digital marketing.

Marketing Campaigns & Growth Support

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns for PayZeep products (POS, mPOS, Card Readers, ZeepWay, Zeep&Go, etc.).
  • Work closely with Brand, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver campaign objectives on time.
  • Manage social media content publishing, engagement, and lead generation activities. Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform campaign direction and messaging. Write marketing copies for posts, ads, landing pages, and campaign materials.
  • Manage and optimize digital ads across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including budget tracking and performance optimization.
  • Track campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI, and prepare performance reports.
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted content and campaigns. Provide marketing materials and content support to sales and field teams.

Daily Task Summary

Creative & Content Tasks

  • Design daily and weekly creative assets for social media, campaigns, and product marketing using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
  • Edit videos for social media, ads, testimonials, and product demos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Capture photos and videos for campaigns, events, office culture, and product use cases. Create motion graphics, transitions, and short animations for digital content.
  • Review all creatives for brand consistency before publishing. Organize and archive creative files, footage, and design assets.

Marketing & Campaign Tasks

  • Coordinate campaign timelines and follow up on deliverables across teams. Write and schedule social media posts and marketing copies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze content and ad metrics.
  • Optimize digital ad spend based on performance insights. Conduct ongoing market and competitor research. Support event activations, demos, and partnerships.
  • Attend daily marketing stand-ups, reviews, and planning meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology industry or a related field.
  • Strong visual design and multimedia production skills.
  • Solid understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital aesthetics.
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design, video editing, and motion tools.
  • Strong marketing execution mindset with data-driven thinking.
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance and business goals.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work fast, adapt quickly, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
