Job Description

  • As a Brand Communication and Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive our marketing initiatives.
  • You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our messaging is consistent across all platforms and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand communication strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
  • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to boost brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to tailor marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and oversee content creation for the website, blogs, social media, and other marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand communication, marketing strategy, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to assess and improve marketing performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under minimal supervision.
