Brand Partnership Lead at Glovo

We are seeking passionate and creative marketers with a strong sales spirit or sales rock stars with a curiosity for marketing to join Glovo's Brands Ads team in Nigeria!

THE JOURNEY

  • Understand the specificities of the Brands’ landscape in Nigeria, and the potential of each segment (FMCG Brands, Non Endemic Brands, Media Agencies, Financial Services) to build a localized strategy for Brands Ads
  • Lead the identification, prioritization and hunting of new prospects
  • Educate prospects and existing partners on Glovo’s advertising offering
  • Drive sales of Glovo advertising products 
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with partner Brands and Media Agencies
  • Ensure flawless execution of ad campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and analyze performance of ad campaigns, assessing the impact on partners and Glovo's overall performance
  • Track partners’ progress, meet targets, and identify new opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation, both in terms of advertising products and partnership models
  • Create success stories and share best practices
  • Team management

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
  • 5-7 years of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading Media Agency, Consumer Goods company, or e-commerce business
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tackling complex business challenges
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels
  • Deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, including tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in both French and English
