Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of Monthly Budget: Oversee and manage the monthly budget to ensure adherence to financial plans.
  • Monthly Budget Spend Analysis: Analyze monthly budget spending and provide variances insights.
  • Monitoring of Brand Expenses: Track and monitor expenses related to various brands, ensuring they align with the budget.
  • Monthly Spend Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly expenses to maintain accuracy in financial records.
  • Brand Activations Float Audit: Conduct audits on brand activations to ensure proper allocation and use of funds.
  • Monthly Brands Sales Report Analysis (Pan Nigeria): Analyze sales reports across Nigeria to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • General Ledger (GL) Retrieval and Reconciliation: Retrieve GL data from various brand accounts for checks and reconciliations.
  • Expense Tracking and Analysis: Ensure efficient analysis of budgeted versus actual expenses for all products, aiding in effective cost control and financial planning.
  • SAP Database Management: Create item requests for each required line item in the SAP database.
  • Process Documentation and Reporting: Generate detailed process documentation and financial reports, supporting strong financial planning and analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Accounting, Economics, or any Finance-Related Discipline.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in the FMCG Industry
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods such as polls, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis, including dashboard creation.
