Job Overview
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the design and implementation of effective business solutions.
- The role involves liaising with stakeholders, understanding business processes, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, and experience in creating clear documentation to guide development and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with business units, project managers, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Develop process flows, functional specifications, and use cases
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of business solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements, changes, and project updates
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
Technical Competencies:
- Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
- Knowledge of process modeling, workflow documentation, and use case development
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
