Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing banking processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Utilize BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, RPA) to drive automation and process optimization.
- Develop process models, SOPs, and performance metrics to track effectiveness.
- Lead process initiatives to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of process automation solutions.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
