We seek a hybrid creative marketing leader to architect our brand story and drive commercial growth. You’ll blend visual storytelling with strategic lead generation—turning physical signage solutions into compelling campaigns that attract and educate our target B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Brand Leadership
- Develop and maintain our company’s visual and verbal brand identity across all touchpoints (website, social media, sales collateral, presentations).
- Concept, produce, and manage high-impact creative assets, including video project documentaries, professional photo case studies, 3D animated mockups, and client testimonial features.
- Own the brand narrative, creating marketing campaigns that connect emotional branding principles to the tangible benefits of professional signage.
- Manage and evolve our social media presence, building a community around design, innovation, and the transformation of physical spaces.
Commercial Strategy & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans targeting key commercial verticals (e.g., retail, healthcare, hospitality, corporate real estate).
- Create and distribute authoritative, educational content (blog posts, guides, webinars) that addresses client pain points: signage ROI, permitting/zoning, material durability, and design trends.
- Manage all digital marketing channels with a focus on lead generation, including website SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (MQLs, SQLs, engagement) to optimize spend and strategy.
- Partner with the sales team to develop compelling proposal templates, pitch decks, and case studies that shorten the sales cycle.
Industry Authority & Collaboration
- Establish our company as a thought leader by leveraging project successes into speakable insights and market commentary.
- Collaborate closely with design, fabrication, and sales teams to gather project stories, translate technical details into customer benefits, and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing technologies to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven portfolio showcasing both creative campaign work and measurable business results.
- Expertise in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, video/photo editing software).
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for creative storytelling and technical education.
- A self-starter mentality with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Highly Preferred:
- Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, construction, or design-related industry.
- Basic understanding of or a strong curiosity about the signage, printing, or architectural graphics field.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead management.
