Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and create engaging content (videos, reels, photos, captions, blogs, and product stories) for all digital platforms.
  • Manage the brand’s content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Write compelling product descriptions, campaign messages, and marketing content.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging are consistent across all platforms.

Community Management:

  • Manage and grow Mara Cruiz Organics’ online community across social platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Encourage engagement through polls, discussions, and interactive posts.
  • Moderate discussions and ensure positive customer interactions.
  • Build relationships with loyal customers, influencers, and brand advocates.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Identify trending topics and adapt content to remain relevant.
  • Launch campaigns for product promotions, product launches, and wellness education.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align content with company goals.

 Customer Engagement & Brand Advocacy:

  • Act as the brand voice in online conversations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and respond to feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Collect and share customer insights with internal teams for product improvement.
  • Encourage user-generated content such as reviews and testimonials.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track performance metrics such as engagement rate, followers growth, reach, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on social media and community growth.
  • Provide recommendations to improve content performance and audience engagement.
