JOB SUMMARY
We are recruiting Business Analysts for FoodCo Nigeria Limited, a leading multichannel retail company in Nigeria. Interested applicants must understand business processes, and be skilled in data modelling techniques required to improve business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire an excellent understanding of FoodCo’s business model, and all the company’s revenue generating activities.
- Use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which the company can be more efficient.
- Using research findings, work with business leaders to improve performance.
- Propose solutions to the organization’s leadership.
- Document findings, proposed changes, and the processes involved.
- Carry out a cost-benefit analysis of possible solutions to problems.
- Support the implementation of recommended changes
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in any discipline
- A relevant master degree is an added advantage
- Certification in Data Analytics
- Confidence working with complex data and systems
- 1-3 years post NYSC experience
- Understanding of the business environment (social, economic, and political factors)
- An understanding of how technology can be used to solve problems.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
