Key Responsibilities
- Track growth & performance across FMCG clusters.
- Analyse micro-fulfilment centre throughput & staff productivity.
- Use dashboards to interpret trends & shipment metrics.
- Support operational assessments and identify bottlenecks.
- Monitor implementation of centre-specific execution plans.
- Collaborate with Cluster Managers on strategic reporting.
- Track customer transitions and provide insights.
- Deliver regular performance updates to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in performance monitoring or logistics.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-savvy.
