Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document clear and concise business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their business challenges.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
