Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive initiatives forward.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
