In 1951, the refreshing wave of Coca-Cola arrived in Nigeria and has remained a hit with consumers across the country. Packages Coca-Cola is available in: 35cl and 50cl classic glass contour bottle; 33cl on-the-go Can, 50cl and 1.5L PET bottle. Ingredients Carbonated water, sugar, Carbon-dioxide, caffeine, Phosphoric acid, caramel color and flavouring.

  • A business analyst in the B2B e-Commerce area acts as the key player in collecting the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver an E2E product that meets business expectations.
  • They ensure long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business, collect & analyze requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation.
  • Co-own the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance)
  • Together with the product manager as well as the solution architect and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirments, provide solutionning while targeting simplification and standartisation
  • Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with product owner Business stakeholders as well as Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate
  • Support product manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition
  • Configure & customize in SAP Commerce Cloud in alignment with Developers
  • Document & ensure features/user stories are well documented and following SAFE AGILE principles & EA guidelines/ best practices
  • Drive sizing & ROM estimates with the CI/CD team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget)
  • Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
  • Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • University Degree in a relevant area, preferably in computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience as SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant, performing configuration, testing and moving releases to production environment.
  • Strong FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge in the Commercial area and proficiency in at least one of the sub-areas listed: B2B, B2B2C e-Commerce & marketplaces.
  • Any certification related to SAP Commerce Cloud or other e-Commerce solutions will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing a product backlog to capture business requirements, analyze, assess while providing functional/technical specifications including solution proposal.
  • Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary agile team to provide solution recommendations to business requests.
  • Ability to support complex projects related to consumer and/or customer facing Solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevOps delivery models.
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • English proficiency
